Russian English Translation Services

There are numerous requirements and rules for translations set by both Russian and British governmental and non-governmental organisations. We will help you understand the nuances and choose the appropriate type of translation:

– Certified translation is usually suitable for official documents submitted to non-governmental institutions, such as universities, employers, or insurance companies.

– Notarised translation is usually required for submission to governmental bodies (except the Home Office). The accuracy of such a translation from English into Russian and vice versa is certified by a Consul. You can learn more at this link.

– Sworn translation may be required for documents submitted to courts or other government authorities.

1. Providing copies or originals

To carry out the translation, copies of the document usually need to be provided. In some cases, the translation is attached directly to the original document. Consult us for more detailed information. You can send document copies by attaching them to the form at the bottom of the page. Originals can be brought to our office or sent by post to our address.

2. Payment

Payment for the services of the Russian Service Centre can be made in cash, by credit card, or by cheque.

3. Translation process

The translator will prepare the translation and provide it for review.
Carefully check all details.
If you have any comments, the necessary corrections will be made and the updated version will be provided for review.
If needed, the accuracy of the translation can be certified at the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the United Kingdom. More details can be found at the link.

4. Collecting the translation
