But you can find much more better treatment in private clinics where is a range of medical services both in big cities and towns. However they often require payments with either credit cards or cash.

Apart of the cosmopolitan cities like Moscow and Saint Petersburg the healthcare infrastructure is poor then it comes to the offered services and they may offer only the emergency care.

Compared to the Western medical care there are a lot of disadvantages of Russian healthcare shortages of medical supplies and differing practice standards to make the medical system difficult and poor.
